Add a column for networking/outreach

Not all job hunting is applying to specific roles; sometimes it’s more about targeting companies/connecting with specific individuals that leads to an application. I added a custom job app and marked them as “saved” to track my networking opps, but I’d love to see that column in the (near!!) future.
