When you click “Add application” on the tracker page and fill out the modal popup and click save it automatically swings open the full application editing from the side which is unexpected and it has been driving me nuts lol. Just my opinion but you should only have one of those actions occur when clicking add application because it’s redundant to have an application editing interface occur twice in a row like that. Evidently I would just prefer the sidebar interface as it’s superior to the compact modal form.
The modal popup company field doesn’t let you add a new company by just typing it and pressing enter - it makes you scroll and click add new company where as the sidebar version doesn’t. And if you do type the company out and press enter it will replace what you wrote with the first suggested drop down.
It would be nice if adding a new company was remembered by the site and would be suggested next time you need to type it
The fuzzy matching for auto suggested company names gets worse the longer the company name is. Seems like it treats each word as its own individual search term and combines all the results into one instead of considering whats written verbatim as one phrase.
