Add filter for industry and hide company option

Hello, I would like to request a possibility of having “industry” as an option filter; because I am looking for specific types of companies and more focused on what they are working on/providing, it would be nice to filter the unwanted companies, so it is easy to know what the company is striving for.

As well, it would be nice to have an option to hide specific companies because I have found myself scrolling more than usual because companies that I am not interested in are showing up back to back.
