Allow an explicit "no education" option in profiles

Add an explicit option to indicate no education, so an intentionally empty education section is distinguishable from one that has not been filled in.

This should also accommodate users whose highest qualification is a high school diploma.

    I don’t have a college education, so my profile is flagged as incomplete.

    No way to say "no education"

    I keep getting the "You need to complete your profile" thing because I haven't finished the education section. The education section seems to require you to enter something. I never finished college, so.. I can't say "Ignore this" or something.

      Same here. No education isn’t the same as failing to declare my education.

    Allow self-taught individuals to skip the education section when completing their profile.

    I completed my profile but because I did not attend a college or a university, my profile still shows as incomplete. Allow an option to have an empty education section.
