Application source tracking

Another feature request on the application tracker: tags. I'd like to indicate which platform I applied from (Indeed, greenhouse.io, directly to the company, organically though professional network, etc.) I'd also like to be able to at a glance keep track of who applied for the position or who referred me to it.
