Bring Back Future Date Selection Option

When I schedule an interview, I like to record it in Simplify's job tracker under the "Screen" or "Interviewing" stage with the interview date instead of the date I got the interview confirmation. I used to be able to do this without an issue, but now I am blocked from setting a future date on any of the application statuses. Please bring back future date selection!
