Can you make the skill categories reorderable?

Currently if I want to move the first category of skills to the end, I’ll need to hide it, and then add a new category at the bottom and then reinsert all the relevant skills. If I needed to move it in the middle, then I’d to re-enter multiple categories and their respective skills. I’d like a drag-and-drop/rearrange feature like we have for the projects section.
