Can't resize my resume to 1 page

Can't resize my resume to 1 page. I also want to use my uploaded resume to tailor it and match all the keywords, but the system only extract the job experiences from my profiles

    Hey Jacquelin,

If you're seeing a message that the resume can’t be resized to fit one page, it usually means there’s too much content for the system to automatically condense. Here are a few ways you can tighten it up:

    • Refine section by section: Instead of trying to cut everything at once, go into each section (Work Experience, Education, etc.) and trim where possible.

    • Use Display Options: You can hide less relevant entries entirely without deleting them — great for roles that don’t require every detail.

    • Leverage AI Settings: When using "Rewrite with AI Suggestions", you can guide the AI by entering a prompt like “Consolidate to 2 sentences” or “Keep this concise and relevant for a [Job Title] role” in the AI Settings. That’ll help streamline each entry while still keeping key info.

As for tailoring — the builder pulls from your Simplify profile, not directly from uploaded resumes. If you want to use an uploaded resume as a starting point, re-upload it here to have it parsed into your profile:

Let me know if you'd like help getting the most out of those tools — happy to point you in the right direction.
