Duplicate job listings not grouping for some companies (e.g. DigitalOcean)

Some companies like DigitalOcean have the same listing appearing 20+ times without being grouped together. The grouping logic may be too strict — it would be better to over-group similar listings than to show many duplicates. This affects browsing and makes it difficult to find unique positions.
