Country-based Job searching

The current location filter prioritises the US in the filters, and labels everything else as remote (for the default filters anyway). It could instead take from the user's inputted location info, and then assume that location, and have all locations in the dropdown.

Remote, hybrid and on-site could be it's own filter, using a checkbox input for example.
