Custom Application Glitch

Whenever I complete a job application, the custom application pop up that comes afterwards starts flickering and reloading continuously on the screen. It doesn’t allow me to click out of it and stays stuck in a loop of constant glitching. Wish there was a way to turn this feature off as well or just have this bug fixed.
