Customized Application Dashboard Columns and A Spatial Map Tracking Success Rate across Countries

I wish there is a function available for users to customize their application status options. Lots of companies nowadays have multiple rounds of interview and written cases. The simplified and standardized categorization method applied right now in the platform does not quite help with tracking the real progress, especially for people who are applying jobs in different countries, where differed screening processes are applied.

Additionally, it will be helpful to enable a spatial map function to track and visualize application status and success rate across multiple countries. Again, this would be extremely helpful for people who are considering global options. Thanks again!
