Flow Chart Visualization

The flow chart visualizes that any companies that are applied to are listed under “ghosted”. From a data visualization perspective, it’s very misleading Could there be a category in the middle of the graph that has “awaiting reply” (or something along those lines)? I’ve attached a rough sketch as ot what this could possibly look like.
