Multiple language/translation for CV/Resumes

Hey guys!
Have a big problem: I want to create a german version of my CV to send it to german companies.
Sadly, it seems like this is not possible yet in simplify. I thought about making a second account which would solve some of my problems (would need two times premium though).
The main problems that I cannot adapt right now are:
- Languages (would need to use the translation,
- Location (because its in english only)
- cannot add a picture of myself in the header (yep, still a thing in Germany that is required) :/
Any idea how I could do this?
