Identify for which companies a person have NOT worked for

Take the list of companies/organization person has worked for Full time or otherwise. for example a person P have worked for companies abc and lmn as a full time or a freelancer. Now when a person P applies for the company xyx make sure you infer that the person P have not worked for company xyx in any capacity and fill out the relevant job application successfully. Thanks.
