Improve apply icon

Hey! Love using the platform. One thing I noticed just now is the floating action button for applying to a job posting doesn't have the 'Apply' text on smaller viewports.

The result is when I size down the Simplify dashboard window on my desktop, it made me confused for a while about where the apply button was. Would love it if it was clearer on mid-sized viewports what this FAB does! Keep up the great work!
