Job Tracker Status

It would be great if you provide an option for us to change the name of each Status in the Job Tracker.  I hate having to use "Rejected".  It is depressing.  I'd love to be able to change it to something else like "Door Closed" or "Not a Fit" or "Inactive" or "No Longer in Consideration".  Those last 2 are used in the Workday job portals (screenshot attached)
