Instead of users submitting a Google Form when trying to redeem referral reward, this process should automatically create a Stripe promo code that they can redeem
When users redeem their referrals, we should also check that the users that they referred are all confirmed users (e.g. have completed their preferences & are not just fake users in order to cheat the referral system)
