Optimize referral process
- Instead of users submitting a Google Form when trying to redeem referral reward, this process should automatically create a Stripe promo code that they can redeem
- When users redeem their referrals, we should also check that the users that they referred are all confirmed users (e.g. have completed their preferences & are not just fake users in order to cheat the referral system)
