After applying, the system should show the list of hiring managers associated with that job post/company, and then the user can reach out to them via cold emailing (with an automated follow-up option). The email/follow-up content can be either AI-generated or the user can pre-defined his own template with placeholders and fill it on the go, giving the user full flexibility.
