Restore count of applications matching current filters

Missing useful info after redesign

After the redesign, the count of applications that match the current set of filters is no longer visible. The Active/Archived counts at the top never change regardless of filters (like "Applied"), whereas there used to be an easy-to-find count of the currently matching applications. Bring that count back.

    Thanks for flagging this! This is now fixed: the Job Tracker’s Active and Archived counts reflect your selected filters.
