Quick question—are you trying to use an uploaded resume? Uploaded resumes won’t appear under the "Use an Existing Resume" option—only resumes created within the Simplify Resume Builder can be selected as a base.
If you'd like your uploaded resume's details to be editable, you'll need to re-upload it through the initial onboarding page. This will parse your resume and add the details to your Simplify profile, making it easy to build and customize future resumes.
Just a heads up, this parsing process is append-only—meaning it will add new details without removing existing ones.
Let me know if that helps or if you're still running into any issues!
