Sankey diagram: Don't default pending applications to 'Ghosted'

The Sankey diagram currently routes all applications in 'Interview' or 'Screening' stages into 'Ghosted' if they haven't been explicitly accepted or rejected. Applications still in progress should remain in their current stage rather than flowing into 'Ghosted' by default. Users should be able to manually mark applications as ghosted.
