Self-Rank Feature

I recommend allowing the user (applicant) to rank their most desirable jobs in two categories:
Most Desired - star 1-5
and
Aligned Qualifications - star 1-5

Then - add those two values together for a ‘Preference’ score. So if it’s a highly desired and qualifications are highly aligned my ‘Preference Score’ would be a 10 star job.

This would allow users to focus their efforts. Also, should be able to filter or sort on these rankings.
