Separate "Historical" vs. "Explicit" Visa Sponsorship Filters

I really appreciate the existing visa sponsorship filter on Simplify, but I believe it could be enhanced to save candidates a lot of time.

Currently, when the sponsorship filter is active, it returns two different types of listings grouped together:

• - Roles at companies with a general history of providing H1B sponsorship.

• - Roles that explicitly state sponsorship is available for that specific job.

The pain point here is that a company’s history of sponsoring doesn't guarantee they are willing to sponsor every open role. Grouping these together makes it difficult to tell the difference, leading to wasted effort applying for jobs that ultimately won't support a visa.

It would be incredibly helpful to separate these into two distinct toggles or categories. Allowing users to filter exclusively for jobs that explicitly state visa sponsorship is provided would be a massive QoL improvement.
