Total Rewards vs HRIS vs Talent Acquisition vs Talent Development

People and HR, for example, is missing key distinctions for types of roles (Total Rewards vs HRIS vs Talent Acquisition vs Talent Development etc) and all jobs lack meaningful distinguishments in levels.

For example, if I want to search for jobs that are VP or Director of People Operations vs just VP, these searches are not intuitive, or seemingly possible without being served up with irrelevant options.

    @Richard Hi Richard. Thanks for reporting this and bringing this to our attention. I’ve gone ahead and created a ticket for updating our classification algorithm for roles within People & HR based on your feedback.

    In regards to distinguishing roles by level, are you not satisfied with our built-in experience level filters (e.g. Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, etc.)? These account for both years of experience and title, although not strictly one or the other. Could you provide an example of a relevant vs irrelevant result? Would love to get this resolved for you as soon as possible!
