Add support for professional certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Architect, CPA, CCNA, PMP, etc.) in user profiles to improve job matching accuracy.

* Down rank roles that don’t fit your qualifications
* Makes your profile stand out to employers looking for certified candidates
Example: If you add your “AWS Certified Solutions Architect” credential, Simplify will recommend cloud engineering roles that match it.

How to exclude Jobs requiring CPA?
Sometimes I get job recommendations that are otherwise relevant, but they include a hard requirement for a certification or skill I don’t have (for example: CPA required). I want a way to tell Simplify to stop showing roles that require specific certifications/skills so my feed stays relevant.
